Standard: 2 weeks or less from the time the item is purchased.
Rush: 1 week or less (additional fee will be assessed for rushed mail delivery, all additional shipping fees will be paid by the customer)

All items purchased will be shipped on a Monday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday, unless a ‘Rush’ was placed on your order.


Email is our preferred method of contact. We will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours Monday – Friday Central Standard Time (CST). Any emails received after 5:00 pm on Friday will be returned on the following business day.

If you prefer to call you can do so between the hours of 10 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday (CST). Any phone calls received after 5:00 p.m. on Friday will be returned on the following business day.


Payment can be made in the via: Stripe on our website or if you prefer we can invoice you directly via Quickbooks. If you prefer to be invoiced via Quickbooks, you must contact us prior to placing your order.

Our goal at The Fabric Beautique ™ is for our customers to feel 100% satisfied with their purchase. Items may only be returned/exchanged if the item was received damaged (must supply photo). We highly recommend you contact The Fabric Beautique ™ immediately upon receiving your order so that we are aware of the issue. Customers must return the item purchased within 7 days of delivery for a payment refund. Items received after 7 days will be issued store credit and not a payment refund. If the item is not returned, customer will not receive a refund or store credit.
